COVID-19 IMPORTANT UPDATE – 1st April 2020

First and foremost, I hope you are all keeping healthy and as well as can be in these uncertain times. I am also extremely sorry for all of you who’s events have been postponed.

I am keeping up to date with the government advice regarding Covid-19. With this in mind, as the Director, and sole employee of the company, I have had to furlough myself. Put simply, what this means is that in order to protect the company for the months (and hopefully years!) to come, I am, for the foreseeable, not permitted to carry out any work – this includes, deliveries, frame appointments or collections of finished work.

For any of my customers who currently have flowers being preserved, please be assured that your order is perfectly safe for as long as needs be. There will be, as I am sure you understand, delays in completing your orders – this is due to an array of factors, which are beyond my control.  I am very sorry for this, but I thank you in advance for your patience and understanding during this unprecedented time.

I will do my best to keep you all updated as the situation progresses, but should you be concerned about your order at all, please do drop me an email.
